By using this website or booking a service with Prime Electronics Repair Services, you agree to the following terms.

Service Bookings

All repair visits are subject to technician availability. Pricing quoted over call or WhatsApp is an estimate; the final price is confirmed on-site after diagnosis and requires your approval before repair work begins.

Warranty

Repairs carried out by our technicians are covered by a 90-day service warranty on the specific part replaced and labour performed, unless otherwise stated at the time of service. This warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults or physical damage occurring after the repair.

Visiting Charges

A visiting/diagnostic charge may apply and is adjusted into your final bill if you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed after diagnosis, the visiting charge remains payable.
